Absolutely gorgeous example with crisp details, well struck, nearly mint state with excellent surfaces and elegant natural milk chocolate toning, very rare state of preservation for this intriguing type.

Obv.: Crowned and cuirassed bust of Mihael III to right, holding sceptre on right shoulder; date 16-58 at sides; “+IO MICHAEL RÆD·D·G·VAL·TR*PR•”.

Rev.: Crowned double-headed eagle; “+SI DEVS NOBISCVM·QVIS CON·NO”.
