Inscription on scrolls:

LATVIJA – ESTIJA

(Latvia – Estonia).

Rev.: Laurel wreath tied with a ribbon surrounds a three-line inscription.

LATVIJA 23.II.1925 9.V. EESTI

(Latvia – 23 February 1925 – Estonia).

This finely executed silver medal commemorates the official meeting of the Presidents of Latvia and Estonia held in 1925, celebrating diplomatic relations and mutual recognition between the two Baltic nations during the interwar period. Originally produced with a suspension loop, this example has had the loop removed and the edge lightly filed, likely for use as a presentation or cabinet medal.
