This medal commemorates King Karl XII’s resilience and unwavering faith during the siege of Stralsund in 1715, when he was surrounded by enemy forces on all sides. The reverse features a German-language version of Psalm 3, reflecting the king’s steadfast reliance on divine protection. Engraved by Johann Memmius in Stettin, this silver variant is rare and historically significant.
