A historically significant interwar Latvian award document.

Official diploma of the Latvian Order of the Three Stars, issued in Riga on 16 November 1932 to Eduards Vilhelms Sulcis, commander of the 1st Battalion of the 10th Cēsis Aizsargi Regiment. The document states that, for merits in service to Latvia, he was appointed a Knight of the Order of the Three Stars. Decoratively printed with the Latvian state arms, official seal, and facsimile signatures, with a depiction of the insignia at bottom.
