Registration Process
To participate in the Coins.ee auctions, buyers must complete the registration process. Simply click on the "Register" link located in the header of our webpage. We highly recommend registering at least 2-3 business days before the live auction begins to ensure a smooth experience.
Please enter all the required information accurately, carefully read and agree to our User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and select the shipping method that suits you. For security purposes, client data and shipping method can only be modified by our administrator after registration.
After completing the registration, our administrator will contact and authenticate you. Depending on the circumstances, we may request a reference from a reputable source such as our auction client, coin company, or auction house. Additionally, a digitally signed application may be required to open an account and verify your identity. By filling in the reference field, you provide consent for Coins.ee OÜ to contact the referrer and inquire for a recommendation about you as a client.
Confidentiality
Coins.ee OÜ values and protects the confidentiality of customer data. We do not disclose any customer information to third parties, unless required by law. Rest assured that all your information is treated as confidential.
User Account
Please note that your user account is strictly for personal use. If your account is accessed by any unauthorized third party, they may have the ability to make offers on your behalf, which could create binding obligations for Coins.ee OÜ.
Ownership of Purchased Items
Until the full purchase price has been paid, the item acquired through the auction remains the property of Coins.ee OÜ or the responsible committee that submitted it for auction.
Auction Fees (2024)
Starting from the 65th auction, there will be a 24.4% auction fee added to each item purchased in the major auctions, but not less than €5, which also includes applicable taxes in the Republic of Estonia. Additionally, a handling fee of €5 will be added to each purchase invoice.
For Aurum Edition special auctions, there will be a 10% auction fee added to each purchased item, but not less than €5, which also includes applicable taxes in the Republic of Estonia. Additionally, a handling fee of €5 will be added to each purchase invoice.
Payment Details
Payment for items must be completed within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the invoice is issued. Once we receive your payment, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. Please allow up to 5 business days for the payment to be confirmed.
All costs associated with invoice payment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Bank Transfer
Wise: Visit Wise to conveniently make a quick transfer to our bank account in your currency, with a guaranteed exchange rate and minimum commission. You can use a credit or debit card, or any other popular payment method in your country.
Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard): For card payments, please contact us directly. Please note that a payment fee of 3% will be applied.
Attention: We do not accept payments made through Paypal. Due to the events in Ukraine it is currently not possible to accept payments from Russian Federation and Belarus as well as ship items to the Russian Federation and Belarus.
Payment Terms and Consequences of Late Payment
Upon the conclusion of the auction, buyers are obliged to pay the highest bid offered, in addition to the auction fee and possibly, the shipping costs. Failure to pay the invoice on time will result in a late payment interest of 0.2% per day. If the items remain unpaid and not collected for 30 days after the invoice is issued, the unpaid invoice will be forwarded to a debt collection company. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the collection of overdue payments.
