Obv.: Crowned horseman to right, holding spear, without letters below / Rev.: Legend in Russian in six lines.

The son of Sigismund III Vasa was elected Tsar of Russia in 1610 but did not assume the throne. Nevertheless, until 1634 he used the title of Grand Duke of Muscovy.
